OUR SPECIALTY AREAS:
Short Term Rehabilitation – Providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy onsite for short or long term stays. Our rehab wing has 9 private rooms with private bathrooms, a private spa, and a large therapy room.
Long Term Care – Providing long term Skilled Nursing services. Offering access to 24 hour licensed nurses, a separate dining room, large activity area, friendly staff, wireless call system, plus much more.
Memory Care Secured – Providing a secure, safe and personalized environment for our residents in one of our 8 private rooms for those with memory loss. Our 24 hour nursing staff uses Person Centered Care & Accommodations to help residents live comfortably.

OUR MISSION
Cornerstone Nursing & Rehab Center offers a wide array of amenities aimed at providing our long term residents with everything they need to thrive. Our short term rehab residents enjoy all the same amenities for a worry free stay while they rest & recuperate. Post-hospital patients can take advantage of their Medicare benefits as they recover from an accident or illness. Inpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are also provided so our short and long term residents can be restored to their maximum potential.
